Slipform International Ltd was formed forty five years ago and has slipformed in excess of one thousand five hundred tall concrete structures throughout the world. The Company was acquired by the P.C. Harrington Group in June 2001, after completing several projects for them in the London area.

Overview

We began using the slipform method in the early 1960s and today Slipform International is the leading contractor in this specialised sector. Since those early days, we have continuously developed our system and have accumulated a huge amount of experience on a wide variety of construction schemes.

Slipform International Ltd undertakes a variety of subcontracts in Building and Civil Engineering, and is proud to have successfully completed tapering chimneys varying in height up to 210m high, bridge pylons, flour mills, shaft linings and cement works throughout the world, many constructed under arduous conditions and in temperatures ranging from –14ºC to + 48ºC.

Slipform is BSI ISO 9001:2008 registered and is also a Member of the British Safety Council, this year collecting a prestigious 5 star rating.

All the operations are coordinated from either its base at Aldridge, West Midlands or its office in Dubai, by experienced and qualified staff.

The equipment supplied consists of robust, well proven, heavy-duty 3 deck equipment, utilising steel shutters that are designed to meet the demands of a hectic workplace.

Calculations for the equipment are in accordance with the relevant design codes, to meet the requirements of the application, and aided by appropriate software.
